As most of you know I practice a very demanding and Unforgiving profession, one that is very taxing on my body, my brain, and sanity. Despite the average 80-100 hours plus a week, I find time to exercise daily; keep up with my family, manage multiple other ventures without missing a beat day in and day out.

I owe my resilience, besides my genetics, to various habits and disciplines I’ve adopted the past few years along with various supplements I’ve experimented with to help maintain proper cellular function, sustain energy and foster proper immune and brain health.
